I purchased the dress for a wedding. The dress is beautiful and it felt soft on my skin, it just was way too long for me. It does stretch a Little. I would try to go down 2 dress sizes just one and with that the dress should be perfect on you.

This dress was absolutely stunning for my courthouse wedding. It runs true to size and has a little stretch. I would get your normal size if you plan on wearing a body shaper. I got a size medium. I'm 5'2 and 160 lbs.
